I'm very intrigued and tempted to give a try as i'd like to improve mobility, flexibility and core strength. Some other teachers i enjoy on alomoves are ashley galvin, briohny smyth, and carling harps. Progressing on and being able to do handstands and yoga poses would be awesome.
